Strategic partnership between Vestel Mobility and Chint Power
Vestel Mobility has signed a strategic partnership with Chint Power, a global energy solutions provider, in the field of battery energy storage systems. Having undertaken significant projects in Türkiye and Europe’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure and made long-term investments in energy storage systems, Vestel Mobility will produce the industrial, commercial, and grid-scale battery energy storage systems developed by Chint Power in Türkiye as part of the collaboration.
The agreement, which was formalized with the signing ceremony held during the Solarex Fair in Istanbul between April 8–10, covers grid-scale energy storage systems, commercial and industrial energy storage solutions, residential energy storage systems, and charging stations.
With production capabilities raised to global standards and a market network extending across different geographies, Vestel Mobility aims to respond not only to the needs of the Turkish market but also to the growing demand for energy storage in nearby regions, particularly Europe, through this partnership.

44 million liters of water saved through Vestel technologies in the past year
Contributing to the protection of water resources for a sustainable future, Vestel shared the water savings data obtained from its smart home appliances with the public on World Water Day. Due to the water-saving programs and smart systems preferred by its users, Vestel achieved approximately 44 million liters of water savings in the past year. This amount is equivalent to nearly 17.5 Olympic-size swimming pools.
According to the statement made by Vestel General Manager of Global Marketing & Domestic Sales Duygu Badem Uylukçuoğlu, water consumption in new-generation washing machines and dishwashers decreased by 27.7% compared to the average consumption of previous-generation Vestel models, while innovations such as the “Eco” program and “Automatic Load Detection” enable more efficient use of water.
The prevention of 2.5 million liters of water consumption solely through users’ conscious preference for the “Eco” program demonstrates the significant impact that can be created when technology is combined with consumer awareness.

Measurable success in social transformation through Vestel and SosyalBen Foundation collaboration
Vestel’s strategic partnership with SosyalBen Foundation, launched two years ago based on the company’s belief in the transformative power of sports in social development, has turned into a sustainable success model with its strong social impact performance measured through independent analyses.
Vestel undertook the sponsorship of the Sports Workshop at the Skills and Talent Centers (BEYEM), established in Hatay and Adıyaman to help prevent physical and social skill losses among children aged 7–13 affected by the February 6 earthquakes. During this process, Vestel provided 6,000 students with direct access to sports and gymnastics, while also enabling children to meet national athletes as part of Gymnastics Week.
The results of the Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, conducted through an independent methodology, revealed that the project is not merely a support initiative, but a multi-layered social value chain. The prominent findings in the report confirmed that the collaboration created an expanding area of impact, from children and parents to volunteers and corporate culture.

Vestel receives double recognition in R&D and design
Vestel Electronics was granted a significant award for its successful efforts in university-industry collaborations. The company’s project, “Impact Analysis and Experimental Validation of Product Damage in ISTA 6A Packaging,” developed in collaboration with Dokuz Eylül University, received the University-Industry Collaboration Award at the University-Industry Collaboration Award Ceremony, organized for the first time this year by the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO).
