Digital transformation journey accelerates with the YaZ Program
Zorlu Holding's digital transformation journey, shaped in line with the Smart Life 2030 sustainability vision, continues to gain momentum with the YaZ Program launched with a focus on artificial intelligence. The joint efforts of the Technology and Digital Business Development Group and the Human Resources Group aim to make artificial intelligence an integral part of the company culture. In this context, it is envisioned to create a strong ecosystem based on artificial intelligence that supports sustainable growth.
The YaZ Program, one of the most important building blocks of the Group's digital transformation, focuses on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence and strategic and financial value creation by implementing artificial intelligence projects. Within the scope of the program, "Artificial Intelligence Champions" were determined in order to create an environment for the emergence of artificial intelligence projects and to encourage employees in this field. In addition, the "YaZ Portal" was launched to bring together artificial intelligence project proposals. Nearly 400 project proposals were evaluated and a meeting was organized with the participation of leaders. In this process, training and development were among the priorities. Training series and workshops were organized to improve Zorlu Group employees' skills in artificial intelligence technology. The YaZ Program represents not only the technological but also the cultural and organizational transformation of Zorlu Group.

Vestel has been the export champion of the electrical-electronics sector for 27 years
Vestel, Turkey's technology giant, maintained its uninterrupted export championship in the electrical-electronics sector this year with export revenues of approximately 2.2 billion dollars. Vestel, the top exporting company in its sector for the 27th time, ranked eighth in the list compiled by the Türkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM). Offering its products and technologies to more than 160 countries around the world with an export ratio that has reached 59 percent today, Vestel ranked eighth in the overall ranking of Turkey's top exporting companies, as determined by TİM. Zorlu Holding Chairman Ahmet Zorlu received the award from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat and TIM President Mustafa Gültepe.

Zorlu Enerji CEO Elif Yener listed among leaders driving sustainable transformation
At the "Sustainability Leaders 50 Summit" organized by Fast Company Türkiye, the global business and economy magazine, with the theme "For a Better World", leaders who make a tangible difference in the field of sustainability in their companies and society were awarded. In the “Sustainability Leaders” research conducted for the 5th time this year, 50 names selected among 135 candidates were evaluated in terms of the impact of their projects, the results they achieved and their strategies for the future. Zorlu Enerji CEO Elif Yener achieved a significant success by being included in the "Sustainability Leaders 50" list.

First prize to Korteks in productivity
Korteks, one of Europe's largest integrated and innovative polyester yarn manufacturers, was awarded first place in the Process Improvement category of the Productivity Project Awards organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology with its project named “Excellence in Logistics: Innovative Solutions in Warehousing and Transportation Processes”. Focusing on digitalization in operational processes such as warehousing and shipping, the project aims to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency through multidimensional tools including machine learning applications, customized software and process optimization. The project also contributes to strengthening sustainable business processes and raising Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Vestel Beyaz Eşya promoted to the “Silver Category” at EcoVadis
Vestel Beyaz Eşya raised its score in the evaluation made by EcoVadis, an organization that provides sustainability ratings in the business world, and was entitled to enter the "Silver Category". Vestel Beyaz Eşya raised its EcoVadis score from 67 points last year to 74 points, an increase of 7 points, thanks to its decisive steps in the field of sustainability, and thus ranked among the top 15 percent of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis worldwide.
The EcoVadis assessment covers 21 sustainability criteria under four main headings: environment, ethics, supply chain practices and employee rights. This new score achieved by Vestel Beyaz Eşya represents the average performance of EcoVadis in all evaluation criteria.

Zorlu Textiles Group, which conducts all its business processes within the framework of Zorlu Group’s Smart Life 2030 strategy with the goal of a better future and a more livable world, continues to develop new projects with the aim of creating environmental, social and economic value by making sustainability a way of doing business. Developing environmentally friendly production methods, ensuring efficient use of resources and aiming to contribute to the world of the future through social impact projects, Zorlu Textiles Group launched the “Today For Tomorrow” website to share these efforts with a wider audience and raise awareness on sustainability. The Group’s new website aims to provide comprehensive information about its sustainability strategies and innovation projects, and to share with its stakeholders its business processes that put the environment and people at the center.

BCSD Türkiye members met hosted by Zorlu Enerji
Zorlu Enerji hosted the Member Meeting with the theme “The Transformation Has Begun: A New Era of Climate Policy” organized as part of the 20th anniversary events of the Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSD Turkey). On May 5, 2025, the event was hosted by Zorlu Enerji with a wide participation, and topics such as sustainable business models, inclusive growth and impact-driven transformation were discussed. The event started with the opening speech of Elif Yener, Board Member of BCSD Türkiye and CEO of Zorlu Enerji, and the speeches of Ediz Günsel, Chairman of the Board of BCSD Türkiye and Peter Baker, CEO of the Umbrella Organization WBCSD.

Vestel Elektronik joined the international “Responsible Business Alliance” (RBA), which brings together the world’s leading companies in the technology and electronics sectors. The RBA is recognized as an international organization that supports companies operating on a global scale to adopt ethical and sustainable business practices in their supply chains. The Alliance aims to strengthen the environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) vision of large-scale companies operating in sectors such as technology, electronics and automotive. As the first company from Turkey to join the Alliance, Vestel has once again demonstrated its commitment to global standards in ethical business practices, human rights, environmental sustainability and occupational safety.

“PSM Atölye” (PSM Workshop) completed its fourth season with seven original plays!
PSM Workshop, Zorlu PSM’s free of charge training program run with the corporate support of Diageo Türkiye in order to sustain the culture and arts ecosystem and support new talents in the field of theater, completed its fourth term with seven original plays after seven months of theoretical and practical training. PSM Workshop, which aims to enrich Zorlu PSM’s theater corpus with original content and make its participants a part of the performing arts network in Türkiye, hosted the production process of 20 participants this season. At the end of the season, the participants completed a creative and productive process with the plays they brought to the stage in the traditional “Kısalar” (Shorts) performance.

Zorlu PSM’s “PSM Loves Summer by 100% Music” concert series, which Zorlu PSM organizes every summer and hosts international artists, meets music lovers for the fourth time this year. The series, which will transform the city into a long-running music festival throughout the summer, will bring together music lovers with the prominent names of the world music scene with a wide range from electronic to indie, soul to alternative sounds. This year’s program includes Anohni & The Johnsons; breathe.; Jessica Pratt; Hurts; Masego; Luvcat who will be taking the stage in Türkiye for the first time and also Barry Can’t Swim who will be performing in Türkiye for the first time.
