Nereye Kadar? x Podkids Series Started!
Believing in the importance of discussing the concept of sustainability with children and raising awareness at an early age, Zorlu Holding collaborated with Podkids, which organizes training programs for children and young people to acquire media literacy and broadcasting competencies and supports them to produce their own individual podcast programs. Within the scope of the project, a sustainability-focused training was organized with the participation of children between the ages of 8-12 who received Podkids' broadcasting training. This training, which consisted of a workshop, games and an inspiring conversation, aimed to increase children's knowledge on sustainability and discuss the questions they were curious about. In the continuation of the collaboration, the podcast series “Nereye Kadar? x Podkids” was launched, shaped by the perspective of 9-year-old Mercan Deniz Özkan, a Podkids broadcaster who participated in the training program, and featuring different guests working with a focus on sustainability. You can visit the “Akıllı Hayat 2030” (Smart Life 2030) Spotify channel to listen to the first conversation about life, nature and the power of community with Aslıhan Niksarlı, Co-Founder of Roots & Shoots TR.
